The Splash Patrol is back for the 13th year!
The Lifesaving Society is pleased to work with partners concerned by the cause of drowning prevention who are offering us an enthusiastic support in the responsibility of raising the awareness among bathers, lifeguards and aquatic managers about drowning prevention.
For the 13th year, at the initiative of the Lifesaving Society in partnership of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, the Splash Patrol will travel across Quebec to raise awareness on the proper attitude to have near an aquatic facility.
Furthermore, thanks to the call for partners completed during the winter, the Lifesaving Society’s partnership with SN Hawaii has been renewed for two years. As in previous years, the lifeguards who will fill out a logbook during the 2019 summer will then have a chance to win a National Lifeguard – Surf course in Hawaii offered by SN Hawaii. All details about the contest and its prize will be available in the following weeks.
And don’t forget that drowning prevention is a shared responsibility between bathers, lifeguards and aquatic managers.
