TEAM QUEBEC COACH AND MANAGER SELECTION

The selection of Team Quebec’s head coach, assistant coaches and manager is carried out by a selection committee composed of the Lifesaving Sport Coordinator, the Lifesaving Sport representative on the Lifesaving Society’s Board of Directors and a member of an aquatic federation. Based on the applications received, the committee selects experienced candidates who are committed to developing the next generation of athletes, and who possess proven leadership skills, technical expertise and a commitment to promoting a positive team culture.
