SEE Auditor
The SEE Auditor Workshop is designed for lifeguards, instructors, and aquatic managers who wish to develop their ability to assess the effectiveness of aquatic supervision using the SEE tools (Supervision, Evaluation, Effectiveness).
This training provides an in-depth understanding of observation criteria, best practices in aquatic auditing, and strategies for continuous improvement of supervision.
Focused on discussion, group exchanges, and practical scenarios, this workshop equips participants to ensure optimal supervision and contribute to the prevention of incidents in aquatic environments.
During this training, you will learn to:
- Use the SEE evaluation grid to analyze the quality of supervision.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in supervision practices, as well as challenges related to surveillance.
- Formulate concrete recommendations to improve team effectiveness.
- Understand the principles of proactive supervision and their impact on safety.
- Effectively communicate the results of a SEE evaluation to teams and managers.
- Contribute to the implementation of a culture of continuous improvement in aquatic supervision.
