WE ARE RECRUITING FOR SUMMER 2026

The Lifesaving Society is launching its recruitment for the 2026 summer season and invites individuals interested in aquatic safety to join Brigade Splash. Three full-time positions are available to support public awareness and drowning prevention activities across Quebec.

The Brigade Splash Coordinator position is intended for someone who will oversee and support the field team, ensure the smooth delivery of activities, and contribute to the development of aquatic safety awareness tools and initiatives.

Brigade Splash Officerwill play a key role in engaging with the public and aquatic staff by leading activities, promoting Lifesaving Society programs, and visiting aquatic facilities and bathing areas throughout the province.

The Regulatory Compliance Officer position stands out for its focus on compliance and technical support. This role involves accompanying field teams, conducting visits to aquatic facilities, and participating in follow-ups related to regulatory requirements.
