The Next Wave Conference is your opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired alongside other emerging leaders who want to make a real impact in their communities. Designed for youth and young adults ages 18–30 from across Canada, this event explores what it means to lead—both in and out of the water.

Through hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, you will develop practical leadership skills, explore different career pathways, and leave equipped to take on leadership roles within your organization and community.

Next Wave will be held at the Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton, located at 4995 Market St SE, Calgary, Alberta T3M 2P9.
