Canada Post Employee Strike: Impact on Certificate Delivery and Orders

A Canada Post employee strike is currently underway, affecting the delivery of certificates to candidates as well as the shipment of manuals and materials.

Measures in Place for Certificates:

  • No certificates will be sent by mail during this period. If you wish to collect certificates, please schedule an appointment with us. Pickup is available at our offices Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Options for Material Orders:

  • Customer Account with PURO or Dicom:
    If you have a customer account with one of these carriers, please provide your account number so we can arrange the shipment.

  • Shipment via Another Carrier:
    We can send your order via an alternate carrier. Shipping fees will be included in the quote.

  • In-Person Pickup:
    You can pick up your order directly from our offices.

  • Wait for Postal Services to Resume:
    You may choose to wait until the strike ends for your order to be shipped via Canada Post.
