Standard First Aid

The Lifesdaving Society First Aid courses are 16-hour general first aid training programs. These are advanced courses where not only first aid is taught, but also first aid to be administered in secondary emergency situations. Secondary emergency situations include, among others, medical issues (seizures, blood sugar problems, poisoning, drowning, etc.), environmental issues (cold and heat-related problems, burns, electrocution, etc.), and trauma (head and spinal injuries, chest injuries, etc.).

This course meets the requirements of the Z1210-F17 standard — Workplace First Aid Training by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

If you need your certification to include this mention, it is now possible to create the following exam: First Aid – General - CSA Z1210-17/Intermediate.
