TO PLACE AN EQUIPMENT ORDER

With new measures announced on January 6 by Premier François Legault, we must review our procedure for equipment orders in the coming weeks.

As of January 11th:

Orders will be shipped ONLY ON TUESDAYS. It is therefore important to plan and place your order in advance, either via the instructor or affiliate member order form, or by contacting reception@sauvetage.qc.ca.

It will not be possible to pick up your manual orders at our offices, as they are closed until February 8th inclusively.

 

CERTIFICATE PRINTING

Since returning from the Christmas break, access to the offices of the Regroupement Loisir et Sport Québec (RSLQ) and the Lifesaving Society is limited.

However, all Lifesaving Society staff continues to offer their services via telecommuting mode.

The Lifesaving Society continues to process and update examination files, but no certificate, duplicate or copy will be sent by mail.

The Lifesaving Society invites members in the hiring process who need proof of competency to go to their Dashboard (temporarily, make a screen copy of your file to show to your employer).

The Lifesaving Society requests the cooperation of employers in the hiring process. Proof of competency will be forwarded to certified members when Lifesaving Society and RLSQ operations resume normally.

You can always contact Lifesaving Society staff by e-mail or phone for information, audit or training requests. If you do not know the contact information of the person you wish to reach, the Lifesaving Society invites you to write to alerte@sauvetage.qc.ca to have your e-mail forwarded to the appropriate person.
