VOLUNTEER MANAGER – FIRST AID PROJECTS | I GET INVOLVED, WHAT ABOUT YOU?

The Lifesaving Society is looking for a volunteer manager to oversee several first aid projects. The volunteer manager will work alongside the First Aid Projects Coordinator.

Mandate:

The volunteer manager will be involved in matters under the responsibility of the First Aid Coordinator. Final decision on projects execution is the responsibility of the Programs Director. Each potential project must be presented by means of a project sheet and must be approved by the office before it can proceed.

In collaboration with the First Aid Coordinator, the volunteer will be able to participate in developing the mechanics of conducting a project and ensure that the project is carried out in accordance with the expectations and orientations of the Lifesaving Society.

Skills:

  • Lifesaving Instructor – Lifesaving Society;
  • Lifesaving Society First Aid Instructor;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to work with deadlines;
  • Available between 5 and 10 hours per month;
  • Health students (an asset).
