The Lifesaving Society is proud to present Team Quebec, which will support Quebec athletes actively engaged in a development process.

At the helm of Team Quebec, we have

Marie-Hélène Paquette as head coach.

With over 20 years of experience in the field,

she has evolved as an athlete,

coach, and mental preparation consultant. She

will bring her expertise and

human approach to serve Quebec athletes.

She will be supported by Rebecca Malépart,

assistant coach, who brings a dynamic perspective

shaped by her background in physical education.

Her ability to build strong connections with young

athletes will be a valuable asset in developing team spirit.

Finally, Marie-Charlotte Hamel will serve as team

manager. A former high-level athlete in swimming

and lifesaving, she will leverage her strategic

coordination skills and athlete-centered vision to

support the team's logistics and coordination.
