HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

With the moving season comes changing one's address. If you have recently moved or are planning to move, don't forget to change your address on your Dashboardto ensure that you will continue to receive your certificates or your Alert! Magazine.

You should also check for the authorizations for disclosure that the Lifesaving Society may be sending you.

WHAT IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR CERTIFICATE YET?

Lifesaving Society staff have begun to gradually move back to the Olympic Stadium. This has allowed us to resume processing and sending out certificates. We ask for your patience with some of the delays caused by the pandemic, including working from home and the closing of our post office. Given the massive amount of courses held over the last few weeks and considering that our employees are back in the office on a part-time basis, further delays may be expected for the receipt of certificates.

If your employer asks you for proof of competency, you can show them your Dashboard. The files have been processed and your course completion is indicated on it.

i don't have the webinar mention in my account

If you are one of the 8,500 people to have participated in the various webinars, you have obtained the mention "Aquatic surveillance in the context of COVID-19", regardless of the webinar you have taken.

If you watched the webinar for free listening on YouTube, from home or at your aquatic center following the request of your manager, no mention will be added to your file. It is therefore not necessary to send us a list of your candidates who have watched it.
