OCTOBER 2020 - PROCEDURES AND ADMINISTRATION

Due to COVID-19, since Monday, September 14, the Lifesaving Society has been operating Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and will be for the months of September and October.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, the Lifesaving Society has maintained its activities and has adapted to various health measures to protect its staff.

Over the summer, the Lifesaving Society staff began a gradual return to work in the Olympic Stadium offices. In order to respect the public health guidelines issued by Santé publique, we agreed to review the Lifesaving Society work structure for our staff. This reorganization over 4 days a week will allow our organization to continue its operational activities in the event of a second wave of COVID-19.

During business hours, customer service will be available to take calls, process e-mails, handle exam files and ship orders. It will therefore now be possible for you to come in person to our offices from Tuesday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. To do so, you will have to make an appointment with the Lifesaving Society team and you will have to respect the sanitary rules in effect (questionnaires, hand washing and face covering)

When our offices are closed, only emergencies will be dealt with by calling the following number: 514-435-5342.

THE LIFESAVING SOCIETY OFFICE WILL THEREFORE BE CLOSED EVERY MONDAY FROM SEPTEMBER 14TH UNTIL OCTOBER 30TH.
