AQUATIC LAB

The Lifesaving Society offers a coaching and support service for swim instructor teams.
The Aquatic LAB offers the following four topics:

Support techniques
Physical support for all client groups based on age and limitations (with and without equipment).

Equipment
Creative use of equipment: rethinking everyday objects in a new way!

Communication
Adapting to the environment based on the clientele (sound travel), and delivering clear, complete feedback.

Educational exercises for beginner adults / teens
A progression adapted from buoyancy to introduction to the deep end, including educational exercises and fun activities for beginner adults.

The coordination team will travel to deliver the workshop in person to your team following your booking.
The workshop lasts 2 to 3 hours, including a classroom theory component and a practical pool session.

For the first edition, priority will be given to facilities located in the Greater Montréal area, Laval, Lower Laurentians, Lanaudière, Centre-du-Québec, and Montérégie that are affiliated supplier members of the Swim for Life program.

Aquatic LAB launch price: $180
Travel fees of $0.55/km will apply for distances over 100 km from the Maison du Loisir et du Sport.
