Mylène Lepage Vaid

Human Resources professional with more than 12 years of experience, Mylène Vaid currently serves as an HR Manager at the University of Ottawa, where she works in a generalist role. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, as well as a certificate in Labour and Employment Law.
A member of the Lifesaving Society for more than 20 years, Mylène spent over a decade working in aquatic supervision. Throughout the years, she has also been actively involved as an athlete and volunteer on various committees. Today, she serves as a mentor, National Trainer, and competitive lifesaving athlete in both pool and surf disciplines.
