SEE Auditor
The SEE Auditor workshop develops the skills needed to assess the effectiveness of aquatic supervision using the SEE tools: Supervision, Evaluation, Effectiveness.
The course provides a better understanding of the criteria used to assess effective aquatic supervision, the audit process and strategies for improving supervision practices.
Through group discussions, exchanges and practical scenarios, the workshop prepares participants to observe supervision practices, analyze results and make recommendations that support continuous improvement and incident prevention.
This course enables participants to:
Use the SEE assessment grid to evaluate the effectiveness of aquatic supervision;
Identify strengths, areas for improvement and challenges related to supervision practices;
Apply a structured approach when conducting an aquatic supervision audit;
Understand the principles of proactive supervision and their contribution to safety;
Develop practical recommendations to improve the effectiveness of aquatic supervision teams;
Effectively communicate observations and SEE assessment results to teams and managers;
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in aquatic supervision.

Lifeguards;
Instructors;
Aquatic supervisors and managers seeking to develop their skills in evaluating aquatic supervision.

Why Evaluate Aquatic Supervision?
An audit provides a structured assessment of supervision practices, helping identify factors that may affect their effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
