Develop Leadership Skills in Aquatic Supervision

Transitioning into a supervisory role involves taking on new responsibilities. Beyond technical lifesaving skills, a Head Lifeguard must be able to coordinate a team, communicate effectively, anticipate operational needs and help maintain safe supervision practices.

This course develops these skills in a context directly related to the day-to-day realities of an aquatic facility.
