Maryse Goulet has been a Human Resources Business Partner at AtkinsRéalis for the past five years and brings more than a decade of experience as an HR generalist. Her expertise lies in developing strategies that enhance the employee experience while supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.
She works across all areas of human resources, including training and professional development, performance management, diversity, equity and inclusion, total rewards, talent attraction, engagement and retention, as well as labour relations and employment law. Throughout her career, Maryse has worked in a variety of industries and organizational settings.
Most recently, she completed a human resources consulting mandate for a growing small and medium-sized enterprise (SME).
