Marco Patriarco

A lawyer, accredited mediator, and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Marco Patriarco is a consultant specializing in governance, strategy, and change management. He advises boards of directors and executive leadership teams of public, community, and private organizations across Quebec.
Active in the aquatic community since 2005, Marco has held a variety of roles, including lifeguard, instructor, coach, club manager, competition organizer, and member of provincial lifesaving sport committees. An entrepreneur in the outdoor recreation and experiential education sectors, he also leads businesses operating in the tourism and aquatic industries.
Deeply committed to his community, Marco serves on several boards of directors and volunteers in support of initiatives focused on youth, education, and prevention.
As Secretary General, he leverages his legal, strategic, and human resources expertise to help strengthen the Lifesaving Society’s governance and advance its mission.
