Accreditation Form
Accreditation is mandatory for officials who wish to perform their duties at sanctioned lifesaving sport competitions in Quebec and Canada. It is valid for the sport season, from September 1 to August 31.
Criminal Record Check
Coaches must undergo a criminal record check every two years. This requirement does not apply to coaches under the age of 18. For any questions regarding accreditation or criminal record checks, contact us.
