DELPHINE – Member
Originally from Amos and now living in Montreal for her studies, Delphine first developed a strong foundation in the aquatic field as a competitive swimmer in a sport-study program through Secondary 5. It was through this experience that she discovered lifesaving, a field in which she quickly developed a strong interest.
She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in sexology, reflecting her interest in human relationships and individual well-being.
Described as dynamic, outgoing and energetic, Delphine stands out for her ability to adapt to a variety of situations and approach each intervention with enthusiasm. Her favourite lifesaving technique is the two-lifeguard victim removal, which involves one lifeguard in the water and another on deck. She particularly appreciates this technique for its effectiveness and the teamwork it requires, allowing for a quick and coordinated response.
Delphine is also interested in theatre, an activity she has practised in the past.
