Check Compliance

* Information adapted from the Government of Quebec’s Residential Pool Safety website

Whether in-ground, above-ground, inflatable, or portable, residential pools present a real risk of drowning, especially for young children. Incidents often occur when a child briefly escapes adult supervision and gains access to a pool that is not adequately secured. In many drowning cases, children were not even intending to go swimming. It only takes a few seconds for a child to access a pool from the house or backyard and find themselves in danger.

Self-Assessment Forms
