Support Prevention Efforts

Philanthropy

For a non-profit organization, a mission alone is not always enough to carry out all of its activities. It must also be funded, supported, and sustained over time. The Lifesaving Society Funds were created to meet this need by transforming the commitment to drowning prevention into concrete, targeted, and lasting action.

Unlike a business, a non-profit organization does not operate for profit. Every dollar raised is invested directly in its mission. Dedicated funds make it possible to direct donations toward specific priorities while ensuring responsible and transparent stewardship.

Simon-Arago-Rosa Fund

The Simon-Pierre Fund supports individuals affected by water-related trauma. This may include a person who has experienced a drowning incident, someone who has become paraplegic following a dive into shallow water, family members and loved ones impacted by the event, or a lifeguard experiencing post-traumatic stress following a critical incident.
