Édith Trudel

Édith brings more than 25 years of experience in the aquatic industry, with recognized expertise in aquatic facility management, training, and operations. She holds diplomas in Ambulance Technology and Recreation Intervention, is currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, and has earned a certificate in Organizational Management. Her career began in 1999 as an assistant instructor. Over the years, she progressed through a variety of roles in swimming and lifesaving instruction before moving into aquatic management positions, a field in which she has been active since 2011.

Committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, Édith obtained her Pool Operator certification and developed specialized expertise in water quality management in 2020. In 2021, Édith played a key role in the opening of a major aquatic complex in Donnacona, further strengthening her experience in large-scale facility management and project delivery. An active contributor to the aquatic community, she has been a member of the Association des responsables aquatiques du Québec (ARAQ) since 2011 and has served as Director for the Eastern Region since May 2023.
