Parent and Tot
The Parent & Tot levels introduce young children to the aquatic environment in a fun, safe setting adapted to their stage of development, while allowing them to share a special experience with a parent or caregiver.
Through structured in-water activities, the program focuses on play, exploration and positive interactions to gradually build comfort and confidence in the water. Activities also help accompanying adults develop good aquatic safety practices and discover the Lifesaving Society’s Aqua Bon tips.
Activities are led by certified instructors who guide families through the learning process and answer their questions.
